Description

This yes/no field answers the question of whether tenant/lessee has a right of first offer or a right of first refusal under a lease to purchase the leased premises or other leased property. This yes/no field was trained on (i) United States and Canadian commercial real estate leases, and (ii) United States equipment and other non-real estate leases (including some aircraft leases).
