Waiver re Application of 1111(b) — Intercreditor Agreement

Description

This smart field captures the agreement by junior secured creditors to waive any claim against one or more senior secured creditors arising out of the election by any such senior secured creditor of the application of Section 1111(b) of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code.
